Bioclimatic design with large and bright open rooms and large openings in the facades for maximum utilization of natural light and ventilation.
With ventilation system installations, heat recovery devices and a special air purification and exchange system, to provide fresh outside air throughout the day.
A modern building with a minimal energy footprint, energy class A thermal shell, low-emission energy-efficient thermal break windows.
With fire safety certificate, central smoke detection and splash system and fireproof doors.
With accessibility study for the disabled, toilets and elevator for the disabled to wheelchairs and strollers.
